Design and Development

Using the latest technology and IT knowledge developed over a period of more than 20 years, we create web sites that both look good and work well.

We understand the need to work closely with our clients, to listen carefully to their needs, very often anticipating needs they didn’t even know they had. That’s where our experience comes in, being able to deliver what you want, as well as suggest ways in which you might better get your message across.

Using our 6 stage process, we ensure delivery of what our clients want in their web site.
Stage 1: Initial Consultation
Stage 2: Planning
Stage 3: The Prototype
Stage 4: Content
Stage 5: Development
Stage 6: Signoff and Implementation

Stage 1: Initial Consultation
This is our chance to get to know you and your business, and to understand what you want out of your web site. To create a web site for you that’s going to work hard and efficiently, we need to find out what’s unique about your business, what are your strong selling points.

During this initial consultation, which could be more than 1 session, we’ll be able to determine the key features and flow of your web site, we’ll be able to start suggesting ways to meet all of your requirements, and we’ll work with you to determine exactly how and when this can all be achieved.

Site Flow is critical, and this initial consultation will ensure your web site flows in a user friendly and intuitive way. Ultimately you want your customers to come back, and our experience in web site design will ensure that this is achieved by delivering a pleasant visitor experience.

We will also take the opportunity at this stage to explain things like domain name registration and web hosting, and protection of your intellectual property rights.

The initial consultation is a key stage in the development of your website, from which we take great value, but it’s really just the start.
